Valorex Global Check Valves (Non-Return Valves) prevent backflow in critical process lines with eight selectable cracking pressures from 1/3 to 100 psig — rated to 10,000 psig (690 bar) in sizes 1/8"–1". Available with tube fitting and threaded end connections in SS316, Duplex, Monel and Hastelloy C.

About Check Valves (NRV)
Valorex Global Non-Return Valves are spring-loaded poppet valves that open to allow forward flow when the differential pressure exceeds the cracking set-point, and close instantly when forward flow stops or reverses. Eight cracking pressure options (1/3, 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100 psig) allow precise specification for each application — whether preventing pump backflow, protecting instrumentation from pressure spikes, or maintaining system pressure during shutdown. The broad material range covers highly corrosive streams with Hastelloy C.
Manufactured from SS316, Monel, Duplex and Hastelloy C. NACE MR0175 certification available. Cracking pressures from 1/3 to 100 psig — custom cracking pressures available on request. Supplied with EN 10204 3.1B material test reports and full heat code traceability.
