Valorex Global Flange Adaptors bridge standard process flanges directly to precision tube fitting connections across ASME 150–2500, EN PN16/PN63 and JIS 10K standards — rated to 10,000 psig (689 bar). Available in SS316, Duplex, Monel and Hastelloy with Flat Face, Raised Face, RTJ and Tongue & Groove seal faces, they eliminate weld necks and intermediate adapters for a clean, leak-free flange-to-tube transition.

What Are Flange Adaptors?
Valorex Global Flange Adaptors provide a seamless mechanical bridge between standard process flanges and compression tube fittings — eliminating weld necks, pipe nipples and intermediate adapters from the connection. Each adaptor is precision-machined to match the bolt circle, bore and sealing face of the specified flange standard (ASME B16.5, EN/DIN or JIS) while integrating a compression fitting end for direct tube connection. Available seal faces include Flat Face (FF), Raised Face (RF), Ring Type Joint (RTJ) and Tongue & Groove (T&G), covering the full range of industrial process requirements from low-pressure utilities to HP/HT wellhead instrumentation.
Manufactured from SS316, Duplex, Monel and Hastelloy bar stock. NACE MR0175 certification available for H₂S sour-service environments. Supplied with EN 10204 3.1B material test reports and full dimensional inspection records. Conforms to ASME B16.5, EN (DIN) and JIS flange dimensional standards.
