About Gauge Root Valves
Valorex Global Gauge Root Valves are dedicated isolation valves designed for direct connection between process pipework and pressure gauges or instruments. The male inlet thread connects to the process tapping, while the female outlet accepts the gauge directly — creating a compact, rigid assembly without additional fittings. Long body variants provide additional clearance for insulation and lagging in elevated-temperature installations. Both metal seat (for abrasive or high-temperature service) and soft seat (for bubble-tight shut-off in clean service) options are available.
Manufactured from SS316, Duplex, Monel and Hastelloy. PTFE standard packing; Graphoil available for service up to 538°C (1,000°F). NACE MR0175 certification available. Supplied with EN 10204 3.1B material test reports and full heat code traceability.
