HB Series Needle Valves
Valorex Global HB Series Hex Body Needle Valves combine block and bleed capability in a compact hex body design rated to 10,000 psig (690 bar). Available in metal and soft seat configurations with non-rotating vee-tip or ball-tip for repeatable, leak-tight shut-off in NPT, BSPP and BSPT thread standards up to 538°C (1,000°F).

About HB Series Needle Valves
Valorex Global HB Series Hex Body Needle Valves combine the secure wrench-grip of a hex body form with precision needle valve flow control. The hex profile allows direct wrench engagement without separate flats, making installation and maintenance in tight spaces straightforward. Metal seat options handle abrasive media and elevated temperatures; soft seat variants provide bubble-tight shut-off for clean process fluids. The block and bleed variant adds a vent port for safe isolation and pressure relief from a single valve.
Manufactured from SS316, Duplex, Monel and Hastelloy. PTFE standard packing; Graphoil alternative for high-temperature service up to 538°C. NACE MR0175 certification available. Supplied with EN 10204 3.1B material test reports and full heat code traceability.
