HP Series Needle Valves
Valorex Global HP Series Needle Valves are one-piece body ultra-high-pressure flow control valves rated to 10,000 psig (690 bar) in sizes 1/8"–3/4". The one-piece forged and bar stock body eliminates the bonnet joint — the most common source of needle valve leakage in high-pressure service — making them the preferred specification for critical instrumentation isolation.

About HP Series Needle Valves
Valorex Global HP Series Needle Valves are the highest-pressure needle valve in our range — rated to a full 10,000 psig in a one-piece body machined from forged and bar stock. The one-piece construction eliminates the bonnet joint, which is the most common source of leakage in conventional needle valves under high-pressure cycling. Non-rotating vee-tip or ball-tip design provides repeatable, bubble-tight shut-off through thousands of operating cycles.
Manufactured from SS316, Duplex, Monel and Hastelloy (forged and bar stock). PTFE standard packing; Graphoil available for elevated temperature service up to 538°C. NACE MR0175 certification available. Supplied with EN 10204 3.1B material test reports and full heat code traceability.
