IB Series Needle Valves
Valorex Global IB Series Integral Bonnet Needle Valves deliver precise flow control and leak-tight shut-off rated to 6,000 psig (414 bar) in sizes 1/8"–1/2". The integral bonnet construction eliminates the bonnet-joint leak path, while the non-rotating vee-tip or ball-tip provides repeatable shut-off up to 538°C (1,000°F) in NPT, BSPP, BSPT and tube fitting connections.

About IB Series Needle Valves
Valorex Global IB Series Needle Valves use an integral bonnet design — the bonnet is machined as one piece with the valve body, eliminating the gland nut and its associated leak path. The non-rotating vee-tip or ball-tip design prevents seating surface damage during shut-off, providing consistent, repeatable closure across thousands of operating cycles. PTFE packing is standard; Graphoil is available for high-temperature service up to 538°C (1,000°F).
Manufactured from SS316, Duplex, Monel and Hastelloy (forged and bar stock). ISO 5 & ISO 6 certified. NACE MR0175 certification available. Supplied with EN 10204 3.1B material test reports and full heat code traceability.
