Mini Valves
Valorex Global Mini Valves are compact 1/4" needle valves engineered for space-constrained instrumentation applications rated to 3,000 psig (207 bar). The non-rotating vee-tip or ball-tip provides precise, repeatable flow control and leak-tight shut-off in Female, Male × Female and Female × Male configurations up to 538°C (1,000°F).

About Mini Valves
Valorex Global Mini Valves fill the gap for applications requiring precise flow control in the smallest possible package. At 1/4" body size, they are ideal for compact panel-mounted instrument assemblies, sample systems and space-constrained process skids where full-size needle valves are impractical. Despite their compact dimensions, Mini Valves share the same non-rotating tip design, PTFE packing and material options as the full IB, SB and HB Series — delivering the same shut-off reliability in a fraction of the space.
Manufactured from SS316, Duplex, Monel and Hastelloy (forged and bar stock). PTFE standard packing; Graphoil available for elevated temperature service up to 538°C. NACE MR0175 certification available. Supplied with EN 10204 3.1B material test reports and full heat code traceability.
