Valorex Global Modular Double Block & Bleed Valves deliver independent dual-isolation plus bleed in a single compact body — available in Threaded×Threaded, Flange×Flange, Monoblock and 3-Piece configurations rated to 10,000 psig (689 bar). Engineered to ASME B16.34, API 6D / ISO 14313 and ASME B31.3 with fire-safe and fugitive emission certification, they eliminate multiple single-valve assemblies and reduce potential leak paths in critical process and instrumentation systems.

What Are Modular DBB Valves?
Valorex Global Modular Double Block & Bleed (DBB) Valves integrate two independently actuated block valves plus a bleed/vent valve into a single precision-machined body. This eliminates the multiple flanged joints and potential leak paths of traditional single-valve assemblies. The modular design supports field replacement of individual valve elements without disturbing the process connection — making them the preferred choice for chemical injection systems, gauge isolation, HP/HT process instruments and offshore subsea skids. Available configurations include Ball-Needle-Ball (BNB), Needle-Needle-Needle (NNN), Ball-Ball (for SBB), and 3-piece split-body designs for larger bore flanged service.
Manufactured from SS316, Duplex, Monel and Hastelloy bar stock. Seat materials: PTFE, PEEK, PCTFE. Fire-safe certified to BS 6755 Pt2 / API 607. Fugitive emission compliant. NACE MR0175 certification available for H₂S sour service. All valves supplied with EN 10204 3.1B MTRs and full heat code traceability.
