Monoflange DBB
Valorex Global Monoflange DBB Valves replace traditional multi-valve manifold assemblies with a single compact flange-to-thread body rated to 10,000 psig (689 bar). The flanged inlet connects directly to process pipework while the threaded outlet accepts gauges, transmitters or instruments — eliminating multiple potential leak paths and reducing installation weight and space by up to 70%.

What Are Monoflange DBB Valves?
Valorex Global Monoflange Double Block & Bleed Valves combine two block valves and a bleed valve in a single monolithic flanged body — directly replacing cumbersome multi-piece manifold assemblies on pressure gauges, transmitters and other instruments. The compact one-piece design bolts straight onto a process flange and provides a single threaded port for the instrument. This dramatically reduces dead-leg volume, eliminates multiple gasket faces and low-profile body joints, and cuts installation weight and space by up to 70% compared to conventional 5-valve manifolds. Ideal for offshore topsides, petrochemical plant and any application where space and weight are critical.
