SB Series Needle Valves
Valorex Global SB Series Needle Valves are high-pressure block and bleed capable valves rated to 10,000 psig (690 bar) in 1/8"–1" sizes. Available in metal and soft seat configurations with non-rotating vee-tip or ball-tip for repeatable, leak-tight shut-off up to 538°C (1,000°F). Vent (bleed) variants enable safe pressure relief from a single compact valve.

About SB Series Needle Valves
Valorex Global SB Series Needle Valves are engineered for block and bleed applications where positive isolation and vent capability are required from a single valve. The bleed port allows downstream pressure to be safely relieved before breaking a connection or performing maintenance. Metal seat options handle abrasive or high-temperature service; soft seat variants provide bubble-tight zero-leakage shut-off for clean process fluids. The non-rotating tip design protects the seat from damage during shut-off, extending service life.
Manufactured from SS316, Duplex, Monel and Hastelloy (forged and bar stock). PTFE standard packing; Graphoil available for high-temperature service up to 538°C. NACE MR0175 certification available. Supplied with EN 10204 3.1B material test reports and full heat code traceability.
