TP Series Ball Valves
Valorex Global TP Series Top-Entry Ball Valves are designed for in-line maintenance without removing the valve body from the pipeline. The top-entry configuration provides full access to the ball, seats and stem from above — eliminating costly line break-outs and process shutdowns in critical instrumentation and process systems rated to 6,000 psig.

About TP Series Ball Valves
Valorex Global TP Series Top-Entry Ball Valves provide the key advantage of full in-line serviceability: the bonnet and internal trim can be lifted out from the top of the body while the valve body remains bolted into the pipeline. This is particularly valuable in high-cycle or fouling-service installations where regular maintenance is required. The floating ball design provides tight shut-off at both low and high differential pressures across all available thread standards.
Manufactured from SS316, Duplex, Monel and Hastelloy. Seat materials: Delrin, PTFE, PEEK, KEL-F. NACE MR0175 certification available. Supplied with EN 10204 3.1B material test reports and full heat code traceability.
Material Test Certs
EN 10204 3.1B MTRs supplied with every order.
Pressure Testing
Hydrostatic proof at 1.5× working pressure before dispatch.
NACE Certification
Available for MR0175 sour service requirements.
Heat Traceability
Full heat code traceability on all materials and fittings.
